We’re currently on the lookout for a Block Manager who’s needed to oversee a high-end portfolio in South West London! This reputable, expanding firm are looking for a Property Manager to join their team of 15 leasehold professionals. Their Director is looking for the right person for the job, someone who can work with his brands culture and become an integral part of the business for the long term.

As the perfect candidate, you’ll have a full working knowledge of all things Block Management, excelling in customer service at all times. You’ll be confident with service charge budgets, section 20s, RMCs, AGMs, Leaseholder and Contractor relations, managing staff and overseeing major works. You’ll be personable, want to work with a friendly, driven team and be up for any challenge a more senior role might throw your way, solving problems and providing the best possible service.
You’ll be managing a reasonable small amount of developments around South West London and will conduct regular site visits, taking full accountability for your role while enjoying the great work/social life that our cultural capital provides. Your passion for the industry will drive your success and the opportunity to get involved in bringing in new business is also available within this role.
Around 2 years’ experience in Block Management
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A full, clean UK driving licence

Salary Range & Benefits
This position offers a salary of between £30K - £35K depending on experience. You’ll also be given the chance to move your career forward with competitive benefits including 25 days holiday plus the 8 national bank holidays and extra time off over the Christmas/New Years’ break.
