Block Manager - Greater Manchester

Having built up a couple of years’ experience in Block Management, are you wondering where to go from here? Are you now looking for a company who’ll support you, get you qualified with the IRPM and one that are going places in Manchester’s property market? If so then we might just be able to help!

Having recently won nationally recognised property awards, this forward thinking and well-established Block Management firm in South Manchester are now seeking their next superstar! They’re on the hunt for a new Property Manager to take over a residential portfolio, starting on smaller developments to begin with then moving onto larger schemes as they settle into the company.

Service Charge Budgets, Section 20s, Insurance, Maintenance Works and building strong relationships with Leaseholders, Clients and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs. As their new Block Manager, you’ll be confident in the above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress through further qualifications such as the IRPM and RICS!

Minimum Requirements

2 years’ Block Management experience
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Desirable Requirements

Industry relevant qualifications such the IRPM, RICS or IOSH
Experience in a similar role, managing a similar portfolio
Knowledge of the surrounding Manchester area

Salary Range & Benefits

This role is offering between £25K - £30K depending on experience plus support through further industry training, standard benefits and a positive, happy workplace!
