We’re now looking for the next member of our team, our next Property Manager to be based in our office in Hemel Hempstead.

Your role as one of our Property Managers will be to provide a full Property Management service to a portfolio of residential developments. The portfolio is all relatively close to our office, so you’ll never have too far to travel for a site visit! In addition, this will include arranging contractors, overseeing works projects, conducting site inspections, issuing Section 20 notices, preparing Service Charge budgets and chairing AGM’S.

The ideal person for this role would be someone career driven, passionate, customer focused and willing to learn. You must have excellent communication skills and be a team player. You must be someone that can build and maintain good relationships with clients and residents alike. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in Block Management
  • Experience in preparing Service Charge budgets & Section 20 notices
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s
  • A driving licence
  • A passion for the job!

Desirable Requirements:

  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM, RICS and/or IOSH

Salary & Benefits:

This position is paying a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 PA and you will also be provided with a company car, further training through industry qualifications as well as a Pension Scheme.
