A terrific opportunity has arisen to join a company who are on the move and continue to grow from strength to strength. They are now searching for a new Property Manager to join the rest of the team in managing the brand-new additions to the property portfolio. As service levels are so critical, you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of developments in and around Greater London amounting to around 300-400 units, allowing you to provide an efficient and personal service for both clients and residents.
You will take great pride in your Customer service and detailed oriented approach to Property Management and you will have a successful track record of managing your own portfolio. You will be focused on ensuring the highest standards are always maintained and that all properties are compliant with current legislation and best practice. You will be experienced in undertaking the full Section 20 process, creating and managing Service Charge Budgets, Monitoring H&S compliance, conducting AGM’s, managing both minor and major works projects as well as managing contractors.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience Managing your own Portfolio
- Great Customer Service & Communication Skills
- Up to date understanding of Current Legislation
- Excellent Time Management & Organisation
- Own Car & Full UK Driving Licence

Salary Range & Working Hours
