Job Title: Block Property Manager

Location: Hertfordshire/ North London

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days from home, 1 day on-site, 1 day in the office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Block Property Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a reputable property management company overseeing and we are looking for a block property manager to join our team managing a diverse portfolio of 25 sites with approximately 300 units. The majority of our properties are freeholder-owned, with some managed by Residential Management Companies (RMC).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management:

    • Efficiently manage a portfolio of 25 sites, ensuring the highest standards of property management.
    • Liaise with freeholders and RMCs to address their specific needs and requirements.
    • Management of S20 projects, setting of Service Charge Budgets and AGM's. 
  2. Remote Work:

    • Work remotely for 3 days a week, leveraging digital tools to stay connected with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Handle administrative tasks, correspondence, and meetings from the comfort of your home.
  3. On-Site Visits:

    • Conduct on-site visits one day a week to address any physical property management issues.
    • Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to oversee property upkeep and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Office Presence:

    • Spend one day a week in the office, fostering teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
    • Utilise the office environment for meetings, training sessions, and coordination with other departments.


  • Proven experience in block property management, preferably with a focus on freeholder and RMC-managed properties.
  • Knowledge of relevant property management legislation and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using digital tools for remote collaboration.
  • Minimum 1 years experience working for a managing agent with a clear understanding of property management. 


  • Salary, up to £34,000 per annum.
