Position: Block Manager 

Location: Gloucester Area

Salary: Circa £39,000 Package (Including Car Allowance)
Portfolio Location: Home Counties with Quarterly Travel
Qualifications: AIRPM Qualified
Work Arrangement: Remote with Quarterly Travel to Office Location in the North

Key Responsibilities:

• Organisational Skills: Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.
• Portfolio Management: Experience in handling a diverse portfolio, including water park homes, grade 2 listed buildings, and more.
• Expertise: Proficient in the S20 process, drafting and setting service charge budgets, conducting AGMs, completing LP1 forms, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
