Position: Block Manager 

Location: South Yorkshire

Salary: Circa £36,000 (Including Car Allowance)
Portfolio Location: Yorkshire
Qualifications: Ideally AIRPM Qualified 
Work Arrangement: 1/ 2 days per week office based in Doncaster. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organisational Skills: Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.
• Portfolio Management: Experience in handling a diverse portfolio, conversions, grade 2 listed buildings, and more.
• Expertise: Proficient in the S20 process, drafting and setting service charge budgets, conducting AGMs, completing LP1 forms, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
