📍 Location: Remote with site visits/meetings
💰 Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Associate Director to join our team and lead on growth and client relationship strategies across all our brands. Whether you are a senior-level Business Development professional or a Regional Manager with proven success in generating new business and tender writing, we want to hear from you.
In this key role, you’ll work with a diverse client base and portfolio, maintaining strong relationships while actively introducing new business opportunities. You will need a strong background in residential leasehold management.
🧭 Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Work closely with the wider team to support and deliver on the company’s growth strategy

🌱 Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities

📝 Lead and support tender writing and proposal development

📞 Attend pitches and client meetings – both virtually and in person

🔗 Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

🎯 Drive the execution of the Business Development plan, meeting agreed targets

🌐 Represent the company at marketing and networking events

📄 Ensure high standards of proposal and technical tender documentation
✅ Essential Skills & Experience:

📊 Proven experience in business development within the residential property management sector

🏘️ Strong understanding of residential property management and frameworks

💼 Demonstrable experience in winning new business and managing client relationships

✍️ Skilled in tender writing and creating high-quality proposals
-
📐 Ability to analyse plans and produce accurate service charge projections
-
📍 Experience in an Associate Director or Regional Manager role is highly desirable
