Business Development Manager (Lettings)

Department: Client Care
Reporting to: Head of Client Care
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

This is a great opportunity to work for one of the most prominent Investor and Development companies in the UK! Our client is looking for someone to deliver an exceptional level of service to Investors and Landlords, cultivate dynamic relationships, swiftly resolve concerns, and propel forward our business development initiatives with enthusiasm and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and advocate company services comprehensively.
• Cultivate positive relationships with Investors and Landlords.
• Address concerns and complaints promptly.
• Engage with clients from introduction to ongoing communication.
• Execute customer satisfaction surveys and improvement campaigns.
• Conduct sales and new business initiatives, including follow-ups.
• Explain Lettings Agreement terms to new landlords and process accordingly.
• Efficiently process and record Investor and Landlord information.
• Chase outstanding information from Investors and Landlords.
• Ensure accuracy of Investor documentation, matching details provided by third parties.
• Keep New Development databases up to date and accurate.
• Exceed service standards and key performance indicators.
• Conduct Market Research to achieve optimal prices for clients.
• Participate in learning and development activities.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Previous client-facing experience essential.
• Property experience preferred.
• Adaptability, self-motivation, problem-solving skills.
