Client Care Executive

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Care Exec on behalf of our luxury client to provide comprehensive Property and Tenancy Management. This role will require you to act as a key contact for our developments, and is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest privately owned real estate investment companies! This role will require all Investors & Landlords receive the highest standard of service possible from the company.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Build positive relationships with Investors and Landlords.
  • Address Investor or Landlord concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Engage with Investors and Landlords throughout their journey, from initial introductions and data collection to providing regular updates on payments, services, and general courtesy calls.
  • Execute regular customer satisfaction surveys and campaigns to identify areas for improvement in the company's services.
  • Initiate and follow up on sales/new business calls and campaigns targeting prospective landlords.
  • Clarify the terms and conditions of the Lettings Agreement with new landlords and manage the processing accordingly.
  • Efficiently handle the processing of Investor and Landlord information, recording it on the company’s client management software and other relevant databases.
  • Proactively follow up with Investors and Landlords to obtain any outstanding information as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of Investor documentation, ensuring alignment with details provided by third parties, including solicitors and sales agents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all New Development databases.
  • Meet or surpass service standards and key performance indicators associated with the role.
  • Conduct thorough Market Research to optimize pricing for clients.
  • Participate in learning and development activities aimed at enhancing personal effectiveness and performance in the role.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
 

Key Requirements / Competencies:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ client based experience, preferably within real estate
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Well presented.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
  • Adaptability.
