Client Side Estate Manager - Central London

We’re working closely with a leading Developer who are looking for an Estate Manager to join their London Team for an initial 3 month term. Your role will be to effectively monitor and manage the performance of the Managing Agents, ensuring they’re delivering an exceptional service and experience to all customers.

Requirements

Ideally 5+ years experience working in Leasehold Property Management
AIRPM, MIRPM, AssocRICS or RICS qualified
Ideally possesses property management related, or other relevant undergraduate or post graduate degree
Demonstrated understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, health & safety at work act, employment law, and other applicable legislation
Excellent understanding of the RICS Code of Practice and industry guidelines

Salary Range & Benefits

Initially a 3 month contract position paying a pro rata salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
