Client Side Property Manager - North West London

£30,000 - £34,000 - Block Management

A Residential and Commercial Developer in North West London are currently on the lookout for their next Property Management superstar! If working with a Developer or moving Client Side has always been a dream of yours then this could be the perfect step towards that goal! Covering leasehold blocks, AST management and commercial management, this role will see you instructing Managing Agents and Estate Agencies as well as working closely with Senior Management on the wider portfolio.

The ideal Property Manager for this role will have a strong background in Leasehold Block Management and Service Charge Budgets as this will be a focus in this role. You’ll also come into contact with the companies AST and Commercial portfolio as well but will mainly keep a keen eye on the leasehold units. This Developer describes this role as a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to commit to a long-term role and progress within their career, you’d be offered the opportunity to move into more senior positions over time and will also be supported through training.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Block Management and Service Charge Budgets
Excellent communication, customer service, organisational and IT skills

Desirable Requirements

Industry relevant qualifications such as the IRPM
Previous experience working with a Developer or Freeholder

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering a salary of between £30K - £34K depending on experience plus the opportunity to progress your skills and experience with a London Developer.
