The ideal candidate will be an experienced Block Management Professional who is seeking to step away from the average day to day portfolio and looking for the chance to get involved in a new and challenging position. In this role, you will be responsible for the in-house management of a property portfolio, as well as overseeing Managing Agents in the outsourced management of the remainder of the portfolio. You will be responsible for meeting with existing and potential Managing Agents and providing guidance and assistance where required.
Therefore, you must have excellent technical knowledge of the industry, experience in client facing roles, excellent interpersonal and management skills, as well as an understanding of the wider industry. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to identify issues and streamline processes in order to maximise efficiency and income streams. You will be working closely with a small team in managing the portfolio, so a collaborative approach and team working skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements
- 4 years’ experience in Block Management
- Strong Interpersonal & Management Skills
- In Depth technical Knowledge of the Industry
- MIRPM Qualified

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary range on offer is between £33,000 - £40,000 PA with a performance related bonus also available. The working hours are Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm. It is primarily an office-based role, pool cars are available for business use.
