Concierge - Central London

£20,000 - £25,000 - On-Site Management

Purpose of the Role:
 
Working as a full time Concierge at a building located in prime, Central London just off the Embankment and the River Thames.
 
Your role will be to act as the eyes and ears of the site, reporting into the Property Manager to ensure the site is well maintained, providing a clean and secure environment for residents and guests at all times. To demonstrate and uphold company values in all aspects of your work and communication, developing strong relationships with the residents and enhancing the overall quality of the site.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintain the security of the front door, ensuring that any Air BnB or short term let visitors are aware of the regulations and that they are not allowed inside the building.
  • Take receipt of deliveries and parcels, ensuring that they are stored and logged correctly, being delivered to their rightful owner when they return home.
  • Maintain a register of contractors (names, company names, dates, duration of visit etcc)
  • As far as possible maintain a register of building occupants.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the foyer, including all glass, wood, doors and floor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lift including glass, floor and sanitisation of all touch points.
  • Check all communal hallways and fire exits for blockages and remove these accordingly.
  • Clean one communal floor hallway/landing per day, including hoovering, dusting and high and low level, sanitisation of all touch points and internal glass cleaning.
  • Sweep the entrance and steps.
  • Glass cleans the front entrance doors and sanitise any touch points.
  • Remove any damaged or dead heads and leaves from the plants at the entrance.
  • Water all plants and containers (where necessary).
  • Monitor the bins and ensure any bulky waste is reported with any large cardboard being broken down and put into the bins.
  • Cleaning the name plates on the entrance pillars.
  • Sweeping the pavement area infringe of the entrance walls daily.
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
