We are now looking for a Customer Care Assistant / Aftercare Assistant to join our team. You will report into our Customer Care Manager and your role will be to ensure the “aftercare” of all schemes post completion. Your duties will include:
First point of contact for clients post legal completion (landlords, tenants & letting agents).
Assist with defect rectification process with a view to resolve as quickly as possible via in house maintenance team or external contractors.
Ensure department database is maintained and updated daily.
Manage department diaries and arranging appointments for Maintenance Engineers.
Ordering materials via buying department or directly with suppliers.
Log incoming invoices on department schedule and keep filed.
Manage sub-contractor performance and report findings to customer care.
Assist with collation of department monthly reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers (clients, contractors, letting agents, management companies and colleagues).
Assist with the hand over process on site for new developments (key handover, snagging, utilities and letting agent handover).
Ad-hoc administration assistance for the department.
Effectively manage all customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service always.
Minimum Requirements
Excellent administration and organisation skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise own workload and work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.

Desirable Requirements
A background in property.
Experience dealing with new build schemes.
Property related degree and/or qualifications.
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience) for the right candidate.
