Divisional Head of Luxury - Hertfordshire

Job Title: Senior Block Manager/Head of Division - Luxury Block Management

Salary: Up to £75,000 

Location: Borehamwood

Working set up: Hybrid - 1 day from home. 

We are working with a highly regarded managing agent with a strong foothold. We are excited to announce the establishment of a new Luxury Block Management Department, and we are seeking a dynamic professional to lead this initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Senior Block Manager/Head of Division to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing this new department within our well-established organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Luxury Block Management Department, overseeing a portfolio of high-end luxury, large complex sites to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Estate Managers, other Property Managers, and Board members to develop and execute strategic plans for the department.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide effective leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members as the department expands, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the department remains at the forefront of luxury block management.

Qualifications:

• Membership of IRPM (MIRPM) or Assoc RICS qualification is essential.
• Must have experience working with high-end Freeholders/ Developers
• IOSH qualification is desirable.
• Proven experience in managing high-end luxury properties and large complex sites.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing successful teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and meet department goals.

Salary: up to £75,000 per annum
