About the job…
Due to the growth and development of the business, the need has arisen for a Head of Leasehold Block Management to join the Senior Management team and take responsibility for the Operational Management of the Block Management Division, including overseeing the team of Property Managers and ensuring the delivery of a professional and compliant Property Management service across the entire leasehold portfolio.
You will be responsible for the delivery of management within key service levels of both the business and client expectations, through proactive management of your team of Property Managers. You will constantly be looking for continuous improvement and come up with new initiatives to ensure and enhance performance.
You will ensure that your team are ahead of the curve in relation to market trends, ensuring you identify changes to client requirements and develop processes and delivery ideas to meet customer needs. You will also ensure that business opportunities are maximised, both with existing customers and commercial agreements and with new business. You will manage, lead and inspire your team. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance across the portfolio and driving customer standards to be best in class.
- Strong background in Block Management, preferably covering a large region
- IRPM or RICS qualified
- A strong technical knowledge of Property Management
- Experience managing and motivating employees
- A hands on & customer focused approach to property management
- Strong & diplomatic communicator with people at all levels
- A passion for the Property sector

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 PA, plus a car allowance of £4,500 for someone with the right level of experience. The position also comes with a number of other attractive benefits such as private health care, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working, ability to work from home (with the necessary equipment provided).
