Salary: £40,000 – £47,500
Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Office Location / Hybrid Working: London office once every 2 weeks; primarily remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio spanning Birmingham, Oxford, and Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for managing residential developments, including high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise properties, ensuring excellent standards of service for clients and residents. You’ll lead a small team of Property Managers, providing guidance and support while maintaining a proactive approach to property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality property management services across your portfolio.
Manage complex residential developments, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
Lead and support a team of Property Managers, resolving technical or complex issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure any maintenance or safety risks are proactively managed.
Manage budgets, expenditure, and financial reporting for your portfolio.
Maintain strong client and resident relationships, attending meetings, issuing minutes, and providing clear communications.
Ensure all properties comply with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and Health & Safety regulations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and projects.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting best-in-class property management practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing large, complex residential portfolios.
Strong knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations.
Leadership experience; ability to manage and support a small team.
MTPI or RICS qualification preferred, or willingness to work towards it.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to travel regularly across the portfolio and work independently.
High professional standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
