Integrations and Project Manager - Essex

Overview of Position
 
To accomplish the seamless integration of properties between the new business team, handover team and property management teams to ensure that service delivered is in line with the expectations set by the business. The role aims to increase the retention rate of business by ensuring a smooth handover of information from the client in respect of new build developments and second-hand properties from a variety of developers, RMC’s, RTM’s and Freeholders. It is vital that each scheme is set up correctly on our in house database function, and that any site specific anomalies or specific agreements made with the client are captured and planned for at the commencement of Management, paying particular attention to the service agreed under the brand.    
 
As part of our service to our clients, we will frequently take on properties that have historically been mis-managed. The Integration Manager must quickly identify any liabilities or anomalies and clearly communicate these to the client/New Business Manager.  

The integration manager will be responsible for overseeing a growing team of Handover Coordinators, and will also oversee the efficient handover of any departing management documents. 
 
Essential Skills 
 
  • Knowledge of Block Management and the residential leasehold property industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An enthusiasm for problem solving 
  • An understanding of leases, Service Charge Budgeting and associated legislation
  • A solid understanding of risk management general practice and in accordance with changes in legislation 
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships 
  • IRPM Qualified 
  • Accountability for your own workload and performance delivery
  • Knowledge of section 20 legislation 
 
Skills Desired 
 
  • Understanding of construction and latent defects
  • Experience of Managing staff 
  • Experience of delivering KPI’s and SLA’s
