My client is a rapidly growing independent property investment company, recognised for its achievements in various awards. They are currently seeking some experienced investment consultants in the City of London to join and expand their team. The successful candidates will sell exclusive off-plan property investment opportunities globally, reporting to the Associate Director.

• Basic salary of £26,000
• Commission scheme offering OTE of £65,000+ in year 1, £85,000+ in year 2, and £100,000+ in year 3 (uncapped)!
• Premium quality warm leads provided weekly via a world-leading CRM.

The Role

• Responding to incoming warm leads and advising clients globally.
• Building rapport and maintaining client relationships.
• Closing deals on property investments and advising clients accordingly.
• Visiting development sites and updating CRM.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous investment experience within property, ideally dealing with new build off-plan

• Permanent, full-time position with a salary of £26,000 per year plus commission.
