We’re looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their team. You’ll form an internal team of 3, working alongside a Property Manager and Client Accountant in a collaborative effort to manage a portfolio of residential developments. Your role will involve, but will not be limited to, the following:
Management of reactive repairs and maintenance works.
Insurance claim management.
Placing maintenance contracts.
Mail merges and letters.
Ensuring software is kept up to date.
Management of client policies and procedures.
We are looking to hire someone with equal parts potential and experience but the below is the minimum we require in terms of qualifications and industry exposure.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Property management.
Currently holds or working towards their professional qualifications through the IRPM.
Previous customer service experience.
Someone with ambition to progress into a more senior role within the company.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £25K - £30K depending on experience plus a very attractive benefits package including your birthday off, time off over Christmas, an employee perks and discounts package and fitness memberships.
