We’re looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Assistant Property Manager that wants to be a part of a family-like company that values its staff.

We’re now looking for our next team member as a Junior Property Manager. Your role as our Junior Property Manager will be to manage a small portfolio of blocks and assist our Senior Managers to enable them to provide the best service possible. This will include attending site inspections, attending AGMs and overseeing works projects. You’ll act as the first point of call for all leaseholders / clients.
This is a great chance for an assistant property manager to transition into managing their own portfolio whilst still being provided with support and tools to learn. By coming in as a Junior Property Manager you be gaining invaluable knowledge and training, with hands on experience, allowing you to go on to further your career down the line.
Your role will be highly rewarding and provide you with many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. We’ll invest in you and reward you for your hard work, all we’re asking for in return is your commitment. You’ll have the opportunity to attend training events, undergo further training in-house and sit exams such as the IRPM.
Minimum Requirements

Previous Block Management experience

IRPM foundation exam

Strong customer service and communication skills

Strong team member but able to work effectively as an individual too

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of up to £26K depending on experience.
