💷 Salary: £22,250 per annum + rent-free flat with bills included (council tax, water, gas & electric)
🕒 Full-time | Mon–Thurs: 7am–4pm | Fri & Sat: Mornings only

We are seeking a professional and reliable Live-In Porter for a residential block (c20 flats) in one of London’s most prestigious areas.

The porter’s flat is currently being fully refurbished

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of communal areas
Rubbish collection from each doorstep
Meeting and supervising contractors
Health & safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc.)
Monitoring CCTV and reporting issues
Light maintenance and small repairs
Supporting residents and managing deliveries/access

What We're Looking For:

Must have experience working as a live-in porter/concierge in luxury residential blocks
A proactive, professional attitude
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Some knowledge of building maintenance
Someone who takes pride in keeping the building clean, secure, and running smoothly
