💷 Salary: £22,250 per annum + rent-free flat with bills included (council tax, water, gas & electric)
🕒 Full-time | Mon–Thurs: 7am–4pm | Fri & Sat: Mornings only

We are seeking a thorough, energetic, and reliable Live-In Porter to a well-maintained residential block (c20 flats) in one of London’s most prestigious areas.

The porter’s flat is currently being fully refurbished

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of communal areas
• Rubbish collection from each doorstep
• Meeting and supervising contractors
• Health & safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc.)
• Monitoring CCTV and reporting issues
• Light maintenance and small repairs
• Supporting residents and managing deliveries/access

What We're Looking For:

• Must have experience working as a live-in porter/concierge in luxury residential blocks
• Previous experience A proactive, professional attitude
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Some knowledge of building maintenance
• Someone who takes pride in keeping the building clean, secure, and running smoothly
