Your role as our On-Site Property Manager will be to manage one development based in East London that has recently been brought on board. The development is made up of 9 blocks, 2 of which are managed by housing associations. You will however be the Property Manager and main point of contact for the other 7 blocks, which range from 41 – 61 units.
As our On-Site Property Manager, your role will be to provide a full Property Management service to this development. You will be in charge of issuing Section 20’s, preparing budgets, overseeing works and most importantly, building and maintaining strong relationships with the residents and client.
The ideal person for this position would be someone that has previously managed a portfolio of their own, with 2 – 3 years’ experience in Block Management. You must be confident, approachable and customer focused in order to be successful in this position. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise and effectively manage your workload. The successful On-Site Property Manager would be someone that has a proven track record in being able to build a rapport with clients and residents and the successful On-Site Property Manager will have ideally obtained the IRPM qualification.
