Operations & Office Manager - Hertfordshire

We’re currently searching for an Operations Manager / Office Manager to join a small yet focused and ambitious company in North London and you could be the one they’ve been dreaming of!
 
They’re a family run firm who are experts at providing maintenance services to the Residential and Commercial Property sectors but focus largely on a client base of Block Management companies. They value outstanding levels of customer service and are now putting plans in place to grow their team and company as a whole. With a workforce of 15 engineers and great client relationships in place, they need a driven new Operations & Office Manager to keep productivity at its highest and to bring an organisational flare to their existing processes.
 
This role will involve client communications, arranging maintenance works with engineers, maximising the productivity levels of the team on a day to day basis, reporting to clients and management including quotes, invoices and internal operations, overseeing the teams Admin Assistant, general office management and supporting Directors wherever possible. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute new ideas wherever possible, opening up the chance to work on marketing, new business and company growth as time goes on!
 
As their ideal new Operations & Office Manager, you’ll be focused and proactive. Directing a team and organising their workflow will be something you’ll enjoy and will contribute to the success of this role. Your customer service skills will already be fine tuned and a background in arranging maintenance works on residential and/or commercial properties will be hugely beneficial. You’ll be personable and will enjoy a small yet fun and driven office environment, the ambition to grow your career alongside such a company will make you a perfect fit for this opportunity!
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in Residential Block Management or Property/Facilities Management
  • Excellent Communication, IT and Admin skills at all levels and on multiple platforms
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Desirable Requirements
  • The desire and drive to progress with a smaller yet expanding company
  • A strong understanding of Property Maintenance and planning works
  • Previous experience in office management or operations
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is offering a salary of £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience plus the chance to work with a friendly, driven team and to progress with an ambitious company!
