Job Title: Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager - Block Management 
Location: London (Office-Based)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
 
Are you an experienced administrator with a background in property or secretarial support? We’re seeking a dedicated and organised Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established property management business in a flexible, office-based role.
 
This position would suit someone with a good working knowledge of Qube, general property admin processes, and excellent attention to detail—perfect for someone who enjoys being a reliable support within a small team. Whether you’re early in your career or looking for a slightly slower pace after years in the industry, this could be a great fit.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • General office administration and support for the property management team
  • Organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Monitoring and responding to emails via the central info inbox
  • Taking calls and handling basic tenant and contractor enquiries
  • Issuing works orders to contractors and tracking completion
  • Key management and office supplies coordination
  • Supporting with basic accounts administration (e.g., invoice filing, liaising with accounts team)
  • Potential management of a small residential portfolio (approx. 6 blocks/houses) over time
  • Assisting the senior manager with daily administrative tasks and relieving workload
 
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience using Qube property management software (essential)
  • Previous experience in property administration, secretarial support, or office coordination / management 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
 
Desirable:
  • Understanding of basic property management processes
  • Prior experience in managing small residential portfolios
