We’re looking for someone that has experience in the Block Management industry and looking for their next challenge to join our team as our new Property Manager. You’ll have flexibility in your role, allowing you to work from home and manage your own diary.
You must have experience in providing a full Property Management service to a portfolio of residential blocks, including preparing and managing service charge budgets, serving section 20 notices, arranging contractors, managing major works projects and attending and chairing AGM’s.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ Block Management experience.
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
  • Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS.
Salary Range:
This position is paying £30,000 - £35,000.
