Property Manager (part home based) - Greater Manchester

£25,000 - £35,000 - Block Management

This position gives you the flexibility to work part home-based, while the rest of the week is split working in the office and on site. You you will have the autonomy to manager your diary and shape your schedule around what works best for you, while still being able to build and maintain and build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Service Charge Budgets, Section 20s, Insurance, Maintenance Works and building strong relationships with Leaseholders, Clients and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs. As their new Block Manager, you’ll be confident in the above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress through further qualifications such as the IRPM and RICS.

Minimum Requirements

1-2 years’ Block Management experience
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Desirable Requirements

Industry relevant qualifications such the IRPM, RICS or IOSH
Experience in a similar role, managing a similar portfolio
Knowledge of the surrounding Manchester area

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary on offer is dependent on your experience, ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 PA. You will also receive other benefits like Private Healthcare, Pension, 20 days holiday (with additional time off over Christmas) and car mileage. Get in touch to find out more.
