Property Manager - West Midlands (County)

You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of properties spread across the South Coast, South London and the West Midlands. But don’t worry! They have specialised Property Inspectors who spend their time out on site supporting you, providing a proactive and responsive service to residents so that you are able to focus & dedicate more time into your management.
 
It is important that you share the business’ core values: Providing a Transparent, Honest and Responsive Property Management Service. You will be passionate and experienced in Property Management, focused on providing a 5-star service to customers and clients, driven and motivated to become the best you can and keen to progress and develop your knowledge through further study. We are a close-knit team, often doing things socially outside of work to celebrate our successes, so it is key that you enjoy a collaborative working experience and can work well as a team player.
 
You will be working closely with all members of the team, including the highly experienced and knowledgeable directors, who are there to assist you. If you are career minded, customer focused and dedicated to providing a high level of service to your clients and residents then this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a dedicated and progressive team.        
 
Minimum Requirements
  • At least three years’ experience as a Property Manager
  • Knowledge of Section 20 & Service Charge Budgets
  • Great Communication Skills
  • 5 Star Customer Service
