Property Manager - South Yorkshire

Your role as a Property Manager will be managing a very famous listed building, you will also be responsible for managing a number of residential leasehold schemes with extensive estate areas around Sheffield. 

 

Minimum Requirements:
 
  • 2 years’ Block Management experience, managing your own portfolio
  • Full UK drivers license and your own car
  • Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law
  • Experience in preparing budgets, the s.20 consultation process and chairing AGMs
  • Excellent customer service skills – the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents alike!
