Property Manager - Surrey

A unique Property Management company based in Surrey is looking to grow it’s team. We’re working with them to secure a Property Manager with 2+ years’ experience who is looking to further develop their career with the support and training from the highly qualified industry professionals that make up the Senior Management Team.

With the portfolio being within 15 – 20 minutes of Head Office, you’ll never have far to travel, making it easier to conduct site inspections, build a rapport with the leaseholders and respond promptly to any on-site emergencies.
 
With a mainly RMC and Freeholder led Client base, you will effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments. This will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
 
They’re an employer that will invest in your professional development and growth, providing you with the tools, resources and mentorship to further your career in Block Management. This is therefore an ideal position for someone with only a couple of years’ experience within the sector at a more junior Property Manager level.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 2+ years’ Block Management experience
  • A working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Full UK driving licence (you will have access to pool cars)
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of c£30,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Salary profession is on offer in line with your growth within the business.
