You will be managing c300 units in Central London. You can be based from either their Central London office or a combination of office and home working, giving you the flexibility to manage your own workload.
You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Property Management in managing a portfolio of residential properties, this includes visiting sites, being the first point of contact for clients and residents, dealing with insurance claims, maintenance works, section 20 consultations, managing site staff, managing and setting service charge budgets, attending AGM’s and ensuring H&S compliance in addition to other duties.
Block Management experience is essential for this role, alongside a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. If you’ve been a Property Manager for 2+ years, then please get in touch with us to discuss further.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years’ Block Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s, setting Service Charge budgets and managing major works
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Desirable Requirements
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of c£35,000 depending on experience.
