You will be responsible for managing a mainly freeholder-led portfolio spread across the UK. But don’t worry! They have specialised Property Inspectors who spend their time out on site supporting you, providing a proactive and responsive service to residents so that you are able to focus and spend less time driving about attending site inspections.
- At least three years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Knowledge of Section 20 & Service Charge Budgets
- Great Communication Skills
- 5 Star Customer Service
