My client is seeking an AST Property Manager to join a fantastic team in Bexley. This company has experienced significant and rapid growth in recent years, particularly within their lettings department, and they are now seeking AST property managers to join their expanding team. Property Manager / Property Manager

• Multiple Location Availability: Barnehurst, Bexleyheath
• Salary package: Property Manager salary up to a basic of £33,000-38,000 - £42,000 incl comms DOE
• Full time - Monday to Friday: 9-6

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Overseeing maintenance processes from initial inquiry to final invoicing.
• Assessing and offering recommendations on third-party property inspections.
• Handling all compliance certifications after move-in.
• Managing end-of-tenancy procedures, including issuing legal notices, attending court hearings, overseeing evictions, and negotiating deposit returns.
• Addressing general inquiries.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by coordinating with tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.
