Property Manager - Nottinghamshire

c£27,000 + Car Allowance - Block Management

We’re an already established Property Management company yet we’re going through a strong period of growth. Growing through acquisitions, a strong reputation and a new business wins, we’re a company that is evolving and we’re looking for experienced, progressive people to join our team to ensure our high standards are still being delivered to Clients and Leaseholders alike.

Following a recent acquisition, we’re looking for a new self-disciplined, competent Property Manager to join us in the East Midlands / Nottingham region. We’re a company that offers flexibility and it’s our cloud based system that allows us to do so. What does this mean for you? Well, it means you have the option to work from home! We’d like for you to be in our Nottingham office at least one day a week so that you can catch up and stay in the loop with our Accounting and Administration staff, however we give our Property Managers the flexibility to manage their own diaries, allowing you to plan your site visits and make the best use of your time – productivity is key to moving powerfully forward!

You’ll be managing a portfolio that comprises c22 already well-run sites, all within a 15 mile radius of Nottingham City Centre.

As our new Property Manager, you’ll have a strong knowledge of The Landlord & Tenant Act, be able to prepare and manage Service Charge Budgets and be able to chair your own AGMs. You will be an excellent communicator possessing the ability to build and maintain good relationships with your clients and the leaseholders.

Minimum Requirements

AIRPM Qualified
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Block Management (inc. Service Charge, Section 20s)
Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills with attention to detail
A full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering a competitive salary of around £27,000 plus a £3,000 car allowance. You’ll also receive a flexible working set up and good company benefits.
