We are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team. You’ll be joining us in our modern waterfront offices in Ipswich. You will become an essential part of the team, working closely alongside the director to manage a portfolio of 15 varied blocks in Suffolk. All of the blocks are within 30 minutes of the office, so you’ll never have to drive for long to get to sites. Plus, you’ll have use of a pool car for all visits!
Your new role will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s. We also have our own in house maintenance team for any works you need to arrange.
As our perfect property manager, you will be hardworking and customer focused. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside great attention to detail. We will of course be there to guide and support you every step on your way to success!
Minimum Requirements

Previous Block Management experience

A focus on customer service and being able to deliver a quality service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A full UK driving licence

Desirable Requirements
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying between £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, plus a number of benefits such as pension and use of a pool car.
