An opportunity to join our ever-growing team has arisen… Join our dynamic, hardworking London Team as our new Property Manager!
You role as our new Property Manager will be to manage a portfolio of around 15 residential developments. The portfolio is made up of RMCs and some Developer / Freeholder clients, it’s a mix! This position will be challenging yet rewarding. You will need to be a good problem solver, someone that is confident in their ability as a Property Manager and someone that is not a “yes man”.
Your role will include carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing works and the Section 20 process, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s. It’s important that you’re someone that is able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and residents alike.
You must be able to remain professional and work effectively in sometimes stressful and high pressured situations (after all, we are in Property Management!) and you must be a good problem solver. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position. Ideally you’ll be IRPM qualified and if not, be willing to work towards completing the exams.
