Property Manager - North West London

A family run Estate Agency in North West London are currently on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to oversee part of their rental portfolio alongside their existing team and the company directors. If you’ve got a strong background in Property Management and are looking for a firm who’ll value your hard work, this could be the perfect move to make!
 
Working with a well-established team of Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Accounts and Admin Support staff and Senior Management, you’ll be managing the existing lettings portfolio and any new units to come into the companies’ management. Your duties will include arranging reactive maintenance works with contractors, conducting property inspections, ensuring timely completion of works, assisting with check ins/check outs, all forms of Tenant/Landlord communication, maintaining gas safety records and general administration for the portfolio.
 
This companies ideal new Property Manager will have a strong level of experience in AST Property Management (arranging maintenance works and property inspections etc.) and will possess outstanding IT, customer service and communication skills as working closely with Tenants and Landlords will be key in this role. Being a friendly team player is also a must as this company pride themselves on their team and how they work together in a social yet productive atmosphere!

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in AST Property Management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ARLA qualifications desirable but not essential

Salary Range & Benefits
