With over 10 years of experience in managing residential developments, we consider ourselves Property Management specialists and have grown our portfolio and our team considerably. We’re looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Property Manager that wants to be a part of a family-like company that values its staff.

We’re looking for a customer focused Property Manager to take on a portfolio that lies predominantly with one Freeholder client, with a few RMCs too. Your sites will range from 3 – 50 units and the key to the successful management of this portfolio is excellent communication skills. We need someone that can build and maintain strong working relationships with the clients and leaseholders whilst managing a few ongoing major works projects. You need to be someone that is organised and service driven.
This is a great chance for an Assistant Property Manager to transition into managing their own portfolio whilst still being provided with support and tools to learn. You will be gaining invaluable knowledge and training, with hands on experience - allowing you to go on to further your career down the line.
Your role will be highly rewarding and provide you with many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. We’ll invest in you and reward you for your hard work, all we’re asking for in return is your commitment. You’ll have the opportunity to attend training events, undergo further training in-house and sit exams such as the IRPM.
Previous Block Management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to work effectively in a team and as an individual too

Having managed your own portfolio
Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
Experience in using Qube (Property Management Software)
