We’re looking for an experienced, driven and hungry PRS / Lettings Manager to join our expanding team. Your role will be to develop our PRS product to work alongside our Block management team.  You will have the experience and knowhow to being able to build this department from the ground up, with PRS blocks already coming into the portfolio you will be involved in management from the off, whilst also looking at new opportunities to win New Business and building the department.
You will be required to help to create and implement working procedures and processes for the new department, ensuring industry best practice whilst also maximising customer satisfaction.
You will be working with experienced Property Pro’s, you will be given the training and support you need to be successful, however, you will also enjoy the autonomy and ability to make decisions so that you can establish this new PRS division.
You will also be responsible alongside the new business team to develop the portfolio, we already have an extensive portfolio that you can market to, but you will always be on the lookout and prospecting for new opportunities.

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependent on your industry experience, this will range from £30,000 - £35,000 PA. A commission structure will be in place to reward your hard work. The working hours are Mon – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays. Training and development will also be offered.
