You will be responsible for leading a team of Block Management professionals in Essex, providing guidance and support as required to ensure that services are delivered to a high standard of customer satisfaction and to also ensure that team morale, happiness and engagement levels stay high.
 
You will ensure that your team are delivering best value at all times and that proper financial control is exercised. You’ll also identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth, improve processes and maximise additional income from existing portfolio.
 
Your team consists of 15 people including Senior Property Managers, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and support staff so team management experience is essential.
 
You will have autonomy and flexibility in your role, allowing you to manage your diary and work from home 2 or 3 days per week, should you wish to do so.

Minimum Requirements
 
  • Extensive experience of residential property management
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Landlord & Tenant Act, RICS Code etc.
  • Strong experience of budget management, financial control and delivering cost efficiency
  • Experience of managing high performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focussed environment
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
  • Practical attitude with ability to make decisions on best approach from a technical perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal presentation of information
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Membership level of IRPM (Part2) or relevant qualification

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive package of £55K - £65K, depending on experience.
