🎯 Role Overview
As a Regional Manager, you'll:
👥 Lead and support a team of Property Managers
📈 Drive performance, financial control & service quality
🧭 Contribute to business growth and operational excellence
🙌 Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and team development
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide strategic leadership and performance oversight
✔ Ensure legal compliance (e.g. Section 20 consultations)
✔ Drive delivery of KPIs and timely site inspections
✔ Support smooth onboarding of new developments
✔ Review and improve policies and procedures
✔ Oversee major works & cyclical projects
✔ Monitor and manage budgets with internal teams
🧠 Skills & Experience
✅ Strong background in residential property management
✅ IRPM (Part 2) or equivalent qualification
✅ Expert knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. Landlord & Tenant Act, RICS)
✅ Budget & financial control experience
✅ Team management in a fast-paced environment
✅ Negotiation skills & commercial awareness
✅ Technical property inspection & contractor assessment ability
✅ Clear and confident communicator
✅ Flexible for out-of-hours meetings & regional travel
