Due to our current Regional Manager being promoted to Area Manager, we’re on the lookout to fill their shoes! As such, we’re in need of a new Regional Manager to lead and mentor our team in Hemel Hempstead.
In this office, we are a small, close-knit & hardworking team of driven professionals covering all aspects of Property Management. We all work together very closely to achieve common goals and success. We work hard to manage our portfolios effectively but know that we can rely on each other for support on those more stressful days!
Your role as our new Regional Manager will be to guide and support the team in their day to day duties, ensuring they’re following company and industry best practice and guidelines. You will act as the go-to person for issues that arise and act as a mentor to those in the team. You will, therefore, need to have experience in managing a portfolio yourself in order to pass on your knowledge.
The ideal person for this role would be someone with at least 3 – 4 years’ experience in Block Management. Ideally, you’ll have experience in managing and mentoring a team of Property Managers and will be confident in your ability to guide and train. You must be someone that is good at managing their own workload and prioritising tasks. Ideally, you will have obtained either AIRPM or MIRPM status.
For this role, you must be a self-starter and someone that is self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need to be someone that has a passion for the job, someone that is personable and easy to approach.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in Block Management
- Experiencing Managing and Leading a Team
- Approachable, Supportive & Customer Focused

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is £35,000 PA, with the addition of a KPI based bonus of £4,000 PA. You will also have the added bonus of a company car.
