Our client is a National Managing Agent who have the responsibility of managing over 50,000 homes across the UK. This company is continuing to grow further and as such require a new Regional Manager to oversee a team of Property Managers across London. With great ties with National Developers, as well as with RMC’s & RTM’s, they manage a far reaching and diverse portfolio of Properties from small conversions to large New Build Estates, City Centre Apartment Blocks and mixed-use developments.
What Are we looking for?
You will be an experienced individual within the Block Management industry and will have a proven track record of success in leading a team. As the Regional Manager it will be your responsibility to effectively lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 Property Managers, offering support and guidance to ensure only the highest levels of Customer Service is provided to all across London.
You will be responsible for the delivery of key service levels of both the business and client expectations, through proactive management of your team of Property Managers. You will constantly be looking for continuous improvement and come up with new initiatives to ensure and improve performance. As a leader you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of the portfolio across a number of matters such as H&S, FRA, Accounting, Legislation as well as ensuring that the service levels provided by your team are consistent and in line with the company ethos.
This role also includes key Client Management, building and maintaining effective relationships with new & existing clients, and actively sourcing new business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
• At Least 5 Years’ Experience Within Block Management
• Customer Service Focused Approach
• Full UK Driving License
• Effective Negotiation Skills
• Proven Track Record of Budgeting and Account Management
• Experience in Overseeing Major Projects
• Advanced Understanding of Leasehold Property Legislation
• High Levels of Attention to Detail
• Excellent Client Management Skills
• Impeccable Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Managing A Team

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependent on your industry experience and qualifications, with the opportunity to earn between £40,000 - £48,000 PA (including car allowance or company car). In addition to this you will benefit from 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company pension & Healthcare. As well as this you will be provided with all you need to effectively work from home including a computer, Mobile phone, Printer, Expenses, Mileage and other benefits. Our client is accredited as “Investors in People” and will actively support you with in house training as well as further training through IRPM & RICS.
