About the job…

The new Regional Manager will be responsible for the Operational Management (alongside the Ops Director) of the region as well as offering support, mentoring and managing a team of 15 employees working across 2 offices in Hampshire. You will be responsible for building the business across the South Coast, through your proactive management and commercial astute approach. You will be responsible for the delivery of management within key service levels of both the business and client expectations, through proactive management of your team of Property Managers. You will constantly be looking for continuous improvement and come up with new initiatives to ensure and improve performance.

You will ensure that your team are ahead of the curve in relation to market trends, ensuring you identify changes to client requirements and develop processes and delivery ideas to meet customer needs. You will also ensure that business opportunities are maximised, both with existing customers and commercial agreements and with new business. You will manage, lead and inspire your team.

You will also be responsible for managing a select portfolio of High profile clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong background in Block Management, preferably covering a large region
  • Minimum AIRPM qualified
  • Team management experience, managing and motivating employees
  • Strong communicator with people at all levels
  • A passion for the Property sector

Desirable Requirements

  • Other industry related qualifications such as MIRPM / FIRPM / RICS / IOSH
  • Experience in a similar, senior level role

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance for someone with the right level of experience. The position also comes with a number of other attractive benefits including a performance related bonus.
