Our client is an independent family run business based in Hampstead, with experienced and knowledgeable property professionals at the helm. They pride themselves on their customer focused and honest approach to their work and they are looking for a likeminded individual to join them on a part-time basis as the Lettings & Sales co-ordinator.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Lettings & Sales Negotiators. Once a sale or let has been agreed you will be responsible for progressing and ensuring its completion. This is a highly administrative focused position, with a customer facing aspect. As a result, you will have to have excellent customer service skills and an organised and methodical approach to your work.

This involves preparing tenancy agreements, coordinating references and checks, inventories and payments as well. With sales you will be responsible for contacting solicitors and surveyors, ensuring all members of the process are kept updated on the progress of the sale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and knowledge of both the sales and letting industry, a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be playing an important role in helping people in securing their new homes, so it is important that you can use your initiative and be able to work independently and effectively.

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the region of £25,000 Pro Rata dependent on your industry experience. They are looking for someone to work 20 Hours per week, however, these are very flexible and can be altered to best suit your requirements. Ideal to work around your current commitments!
