Location: Muswell Hill, London

Salary: Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE, OTE £45,000 - £60,000 (based on adaptability and performance)

Commission: Yes, on a sliding scale (details provided during the interview)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and hungry for success. You must have a proven track record of winning stock and bringing properties to market. This is a chance to work with an esteemed Manager who also trains estate agents as a second job. Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new property instructions and listings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate.
• Proven ability to win stock and secure property listings.
• Lives within a 6-mile radius of Crouch End, East Finchley, or Muswell Hill.
• Must own a car.
• Ambitious, driven, and hungry for success.
• Stable employment history with minimal job-hopping.

Additional Information: We are looking for candidates who are committed and have a stable career history. This role is not suitable for those who frequently change agencies.
