Sales Progressor - Bexley

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: £25,000 (including Car Allowance)

OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

TO START END OF JULY- BEGINNING OF AUGUST

Working Hours:

5-day working week (Very occasional weekend work, a day will be given off in lieu)

  • Monday – Friday: 9-6PM

My client is looking for a sales progressor to join their amazing team in Bexleyheath!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents.
  • Send out memos, follow up on access calls, manage surveys and renegotiations.
  • Assist clients with legal paperwork and communicate with solicitors.
  • Ensure files progress to the point of exchange.
  • Update and maintain portfolio notes, providing weekly progress updates to all parties.
  • Organize your daily workflow, committed to efficiently expediting file exchanges.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge and experience as a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor.
  • Genuine passion for the property industry.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and objection handling.
  • Understanding of leasehold and freehold transactions.
  • Proactive and organized approach.
