As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a designated portfolio of developments, ensuring the delivery of efficient and precise administrative and daily property management services. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team leader to offer expert guidance and mentorship to your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage onsite staff and relevant employment related issues, ensuring Company policies, standards and procedures are adhered to
Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations of the developments within the assigned portfolios
Financial Management including budgets, accounts and client reports
Conducting regular site inspections, completion of site inspection reports and overseeing maintenance issues
Communication with key stakeholders including client and residents’ meetings
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments. Ensuring the client and company are made aware of any potential risks.

Minimum Requirements:

Extensive block management experience (minimum of 4/5 years managing a portfolio)
Substantial prior experience of delivering excellent customer service to clients
Previous experience of managing/supervising on-site staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Requirements:

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and The Work at Height Regulations 2005
